Nobo helps users turn Notion pages and databases into public blogs and websites. The service may include blog publishing, custom domain support, SEO-friendly output, publishing history, and related account features.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for maintaining the security of your sign-in method. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Nobo to:

• Violate applicable laws or regulations.
• Publish content you do not have rights to use.
• Distribute harmful, abusive, deceptive, or illegal content.
• Send spam or interfere with the service.
• Attempt to access systems or accounts without authorization.

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you create in Notion and publish through Nobo. You grant Nobo the permission needed to read, process, host, display, and make technical copies of your content for the purpose of providing the service.

6. Payment and Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance according to the plan you choose. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may update pricing or plan features with reasonable notice.

7. Service Availability

We work to keep Nobo reliable, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We may perform maintenance, change features, or suspend access when needed to protect the service or enforce these terms.

8. Privacy

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nobo will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues.

You may stop using Nobo at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms. After termination, your access to the service may cease and published content may be removed after a reasonable period.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Nobo after changes become effective means you accept the updated terms.
